Her career started in corporate law, eventually transitioning to the management side of Big Law. A chance opportunity in 2009 to work with a visionary leader sparked her transition from earning a paycheck to seeking equity. Co-founding a startup accelerator then an interim CMO role with an emerging tech company are just part of her journey of reinvention as an author, influencer and investor. In addition to her portfolio of angel investments (Levo League, Hullabalu, Smigin, CloudPeeps, flowthings.io), she is an LP in two funds (Laconia Capital Group and Lattice Ventures) and an advisor to New Zealand Trade and Enterprise. On top of these professional pursuits, Kelly is the Chief Tech Ambassador for the YWCA of NYC’s Girls Geek Club.

Heather Shapiro is a Technical Evangelist in Microsoft's Developer Experience group, where she educates developers on Microsoft's new technologies. In this role, Heather works closely with students and developer communities across the North East to understand the newest technologies and architectures. Prior to becoming a Technical Evangelist, Heather completed her undergraduate degree at Duke University and graduated in the Class of 2015. She received her Bachelors of Science in Computer Science and Statistical Science, and completed an Honors Thesis about employing Bayesian Approaches to Understanding Music Popularity. Mark W. Nelson
Mark W. Nelson is the Anne and Elmer Lindseth Dean and Professor of Accounting at the Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell. He received his BBA degree from Iowa State University and his MA and PhD degrees from The Ohio State University.
Nelson’s teaching focuses on corporate financial reporting and intermediate financial accounting at the MBA and undergraduate levels. He has received ten teaching awards, including Cornell’s Apple Award for Teaching Excellence, the Russell Distinguished Teaching Award, and the inaugural Cook Prize for Graduate Teaching presented by the American Accounting Association. He is a coauthor (with Spiceland, Sepe, and Thomas) of a leading textbook, Intermediate Accounting.
Vishal Gaur is the Associate Dean for MBA Program and Emerson Professor of Manufacturing Management at the Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell. Professor Gaur's research interests lie in retail operations and supply chain management, including topics such as inventory management, product variety, demand forecasting, store execution, and linking operations to financial performance. His research uses different types of data sets and models, such as aggregate publicly available firm-level or industry-level data, proprietary transaction-level data from firms, and online consumer browsing data to assess performance, improve demand forecasting, and optimize decision-making.

Kathleen O’Reilly is Accenture’s Senior Managing Director responsible for leading the company’s business across North America’s Northeast region where her focus is bringing innovation to clients, attracting and leading top talent and driving the company’s impact across the communities it serves. The Northeast serves clients across key industries such as life sciences, banking, capital markets, communications, health, insurance, high tech, media/entertainment, retail and consumer goods. Prior to her current role, Kathleen was the Group Strategy and Operations Officer for North America and was responsible globally for Accenture Strategy across the Communications, Media and Technology industries. During her 20 years with Accenture, she has advised clients on a broad range of strategic issues, specializing in helping clients enter new markets, create competitive advantage, and navigate the digital world. Kathleen lives in the Philadelphia area and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Princeton University.

Elizabeth Bourgoin is a Senior Managing Strategy Consultant with the Chief Analytics Office at IBM. She manages a team of consultants responsible for driving innovation and business process transformation by applying cognitive analytics techniques. Elizabeth is leading the fraud prevention analytics initiative to enhance IBM's counter fraud management and compliance program for business partner, supplier and direct IBM employee channels. Elizabeth also manages the pricing analytics team which provides optimal pricing recommendations to IBM sellers. Elizabeth holds an M.B.A. from Cornell University and a B.S. in Management from Tulane University.

Sandya Magge, Head of Digital Service, Samsung
Sandya has spent nearly the last 20 years in a diverse career spanning Business Development, Client Management and Digital Product Management. In her current role as Head of Digital Service at Samsung, Sandya leads a large team who is focused on building exceptional customer service experiences in the digital space including website, social media, email, chat and mobile channels. Her team focuses on servicing customers across all Samsung’s product lines in the US. Prior to Samsung, Sandya worked at American Express where she spent 8 years working in a variety of roles including managing Global communications through the Digital Servicing Organization, as well as managing AXP’s largest strategic clients on the loyalty and bank side of the business. Sandya currently works in Manhattan out of the Samsung office in Meatpacking. She lives in Brooklyn with her twin daughters, Lila and Veda. In her limited free time, she enjoys barre based workouts and decorating her old Victorian house through solo trips to Home Goods. Sandya holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania, an M.B.A from Columbia Business School and a Master of Health Sciences Degree from the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health.
Yvonne Chou, Head of Product Management for Amazon Fashion, Amazon
Yvonne Chou is the Head of Product Management for Amazon Fashion, where she leads a team of product managers working on improving the Amazon Fashion shopping experience across product search, discovery, and evaluation, and using machine learning to scale such experiences. Previously at Amazon, she led product and marketing for the launch of Prime Pantry, and also held product management roles in the Consumer Shopping Experience team and within the Amazon Marketplace business. Prior to Amazon, Yvonne was at Expedia where she led the product team for Egencia, Expedia’s corporate travel product. Yvonne holds an MBA from Cornell University and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
Leanne Huang, Senior Group Manager of Indirect Global Supply Management, Tesla
Leanne Huang is Senior Group Manager of Tesla’s Indirect Global Supply Management Team. In this role, Leanne focuses on leading global commodity management, procurement initiatives, and purchasing operations covering all Indirect goods and services.
Prior to Tesla, Leanne was Director of Strategy and Business Development at American Express. During her time there she held a variety of positions in Business-to-Business Partnerships, Marketing, and Strategy. Leanne also worked as a Financial Analyst at Goldman Sachs, and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Economics from UCLA.
